Here’s what to do…
We can’t leave already-rented bedrooms vacant, but we understand plans change and there are reasons you may wish to end your lease with us or fill a temporary gap.
These are the best resources to find your replacement:
You can advertise it with a virtual tour link or photos, found under “Properties”
or you can post your own pictures / videos.
Often, the best place to look is your personal network.
Please also share the webpage you’re on now with any roommates who will remain in the unit. It’s in everyone’s best interest to look for someone new, especially since they’ll be the ones living with said person.
Keep in mind that each person on the original lease is equally liable for the full rent payment each month. Collaboration between roommates will be best for everyone.
We’ll send you any leads that come our way, but please post your opening right away and don’t assume we can find someone for you.
Once you’ve found someone, email us their name & email so we can tour them and send the sublease agreement for e-signature.
