We do not and will never sell, market or otherwise share your contact information with anyone outside of our organization or necessary partnerships without your permission. Parties such as maintenance, repairs, contractors, leasing companies, etc. will only receive limited information about your apartment or ways to contact you if required for normal operations.

Access to your residence will only be permitted with properly delivered 12-hour notice (taped to the door, handed to you, or sent electronically). If access is granted at another time, it will be for the purposes of inspecting and / or fixing appliances & issues considered dangerous to health or property.

Your online data is encrypted using the industry standard TLS (Transport Layer Security) protocol, ensuring your data is safe, secure, and available only to authorized users within our organization and our property management software provider, Buildium.
