Once this form is done, one ring of fobs will be dropped off inside our apt. door. I'll distribute them to roommates as needed.

If we don't receive enough, I'll tell MGMT within a week. One fob per tenant will be assumed to have been received unless I text or email otherwise.

Our unit will return any key fobs we receive no later than the last day of the lease.

The equipment won't be damaged, copied or altered in any way besides normal wear and tear.

Replacements will cost $25 if needed.

$25 per damaged or unreturned fob will be deducted from the unit's collective deposit.

We will continue to carry our normal metal entry key at all times in case of a fob outage.
