1. All maintenance may not be finished. I agree not to hinder the progress of the workers, who may need access to all areas of the property in order to complete their work. I agree to allow workers unconditional access to said property until all maintenance and capital improvements are completed. All general maintenance not finished upon move-in will be completed within 30 days (by written request). *
