Prior tenants often leave quite the mess, so you can get a student discount on professional cleaning through our local partner. Base prices are approximately:

Hold-over DISCLAIMER:

  • In the very rare case of a tenant illegally holding over (refusing to leave after their lease is up), we will adjust plans accordingly, but may not be able to facilitate an early move-in even if the waiver is signed. There is no legal action we can take to remove such a person right away. This has never happened to us, but we make this disclaimer just in case.
