Taking over someone’s lease at Campus MGMT?

We’re excited for the opportunity to serve you through your time living near Marquette.

We’re a small, family-owned, college-focused MGMT company with decades of property management / maintenance experience.

There are only a few simple steps you need to take, and a few things you need to know:

  • Rent / parking / other charges will now be payable to: Campus Management LLC.

  • Please pay online. It’s free (with a bank account), safe, and convenient. Using the links at the bottom of this page (or in the main menu), please apply to get your account started, then sign in when you need to pay.

  • If you are unable to pay online, you still need to apply, but please mail checks to:

    • Campus Management LLC

    • 929 N 17th St, Office

    • Milwaukee, WI 53233

  • Or drop them off, well-labeled, in the secure black drop-box outside that address.

  • If you’re taking over for a whole semester / year, we usually recommend you pay the former tenant for their portion of the security deposit / any pre-payments they’ve made. Then, we can return that money to you when you move out. PayPal, Venmo, write a check, send some Dogecoin, etc. Contact them to make arrangements.
